How long would credits take to arrive?

Typically, credits would arrive instantly. However, some of our products may take longer. Please allow for up to 30 minutes before checking if your account has been recharged. If credits still have not arrived after 2 hours, please reach out to us here.

How if I give wrong ID?

You completed your payment and received the email from Sngplayers that your transaction has been completed, but your item dint received. There may be a connection problem between the payment channel and Sngplayers; therefore, Sngplayers was not notified. Please wait while we work with the payment channel to investigate and resolve your issue.
